Every now and then you come across a story in the newspaper that is just so weird. How about the 50 year old French Michel Pages who’s been locked up in his house for 35 years by his mother? He got discovered by the police after neighbours in the French town Menton called the police because they had not seen his 76 year old mother for a while.

Not only did the police find the already decomposing body of the woman sitting in a chair, but to their surprise they found her very pale son who had not been outside since he was 15 years old. He was also sporting a hairdo of 3 meters long. Neighbours  didn’t even know the woman had a son.

The poor man totally lost the plot, because according to him his mother is still alive and he has conversations with her on a regular basis. He’s been submitted to a hospital.

Yeah… living in 2008 doesn’t mean a thing. There are still idiots. Why would you do such a thing to your own son?
